In sense, comprehensive analysis available literature has been conducted addressing domains planning, reward management, performance employee engagement, training development, health safety, relations, as well their under influence main conclusion research, it stated although digitalization, i.e., transformation, strongly affects practices procedures specifically by using resources information systems, contributing digitization not sufficiently emphasized.
